It is very convenient to make an order with delivery by New mail - this is a great advantage of Leroy. However, for some reason my order came to Brovary instead of the branch in Kyiv. When I tried to contact the store through the hotline to solve the problem of delivery of the order to the right office, it turned out that this is impossible - there is no operator, and the option in the voice menu to solve my problem is simply absent. time for ways to get to Leroy, it was easier for me in the New Mail to order the forwarding of the order in a convenient for me office.
Thank you for your prompt response. My order number is 567021. I ordered at post office 73 on Prorizna, and delivered to branch 1 in Brovary. I already ordered a call forwarding yesterday, and my order arrived at the Kyiv branch.
