Boost Mobile is a decent company. The service works fine for the most part and the prices are reasonable. However, I have had a few issues with customer support. It takes a long time to get a response and sometimes they are not able to resolve the problem. Overall, I would recommend Boost Mobile if you're looking for an affordable option, but don't expect exceptional customer service.
