Sales staff was efficient and knowledgeable. They also stocked a hard drive for an older laptop that I needed immediately, thanks to the huge stock they have on hand (look at the virtual tour and see what I mean). I was able to pick it up right away at their warehouse.
The only reason I gave them 4 stars was that the customer service lady was so engrossed in her emails and phone conversations that she wouldn't look up my order number when I arrived - then quickly told me to call the business on my cell phone (while in the reception area) to get the order number! Rude, when you consider how little effort it would take to help the person standing in front of her for a few seconds.
