My son paid his monthly bill by credit card. Virgin Mobile processed 2 payments. When we contacted them regarding the error, a representative said it would be 72 hours for the refund. We waited and no refund. We called back a week later explaining the problem. Another representative said the money would be refunded in 4 to 10 business days. Still no refund. We called again today another (supervisor) said it will now take an additional 4 to 10 business day for the money to be refunded back to the account. During this time my bank has hit my account with over draft fees.
VIRGIN MOBILE IS NOT...I REPEAT NOT A GOOD COMPANY. This company needs to be investigated for FRAUD.
