I am writing a review regarding Hasbro's Joy for All Companion Pets. I have my Mom in a Nursing Home with Advanced Alzheimer's Disease. I purchased a companion pet pup for her over a month ago. She named it Goldie. Goldie is Mom's constant companion. She truly believes that he is real. He has not left her side since she got him. She talks to him, listens to him, cares for him, attempts to feed him(he cleans well with a wet cloth). It is the most remarkable thing I have ever seen. If you have ever dealt with dementia you know how heart breaking it can be to watch your loved one slip away. My Mom is actually interacting with with her new best friend. Thank you HASBRO!!!! The nursing home was so impressed they actually bought several dogs and cats to keep for some of the other residents. I don't know who developed these pets, but they deserve a raise!
