I had a mixed experience with Altech co.,ltd. While the website, ayaamgroup.com, was easy to use and had a wide range of products, the customer service was lacking. The representatives were not very knowledgeable and took a long time to respond to my queries. However, the quality of the products was good. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.
