Spent almost $1800+ on a course. Extensions are on...

Spent almost $1800+ on a course. Extensions are only once, did not know this nor do they send email reminders that the only option is to book the exams and extensions are no longer valid. They are not helpful on the phone and I couldn't even book my exam to a future date meanwhile the course is still enrolled and active. Horrible service and now I just wasted $1800+.
