I had a somewhat mixed experience with Pond Holdings, LLC. Overall, I would say it was just average. The customer service was decent, but nothing to write home about. I did appreciate that they were prompt in answering my questions, but I felt like they could have been more helpful. The products themselves were of decent quality, but I've definitely had better. I might consider using them again in the future, but they wouldn't be my first choice.
