I recently visited Southwest Inst Hearing Balance and I'm extremely happy with the service I received. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they took the time to address all of my concerns. The hearing aids I purchased from them have greatly improved my quality of life. I would definitely recommend them to others.
