The co-workers and supervisors are both very helpful and friendly. Also, everyone is quite creative and dynamic. Additionally, there are no work politics. There is no specified dress code so the environment is laid back for the most part. Workers may start from zero prior call enter experience. The operation managers are quite patient with the progress of a new worker and they boosts team morale through motivational speech. Moreover, there are ample incentives to generate sales. After the brief training period dinner is freely provided. Last but not least, frequent but short breaks are provided to rejuvenate & de-stress workers.
