I've been practicing yoga at Strala Yoga for a while now, and it has become my second home. The instructors here are phenomenal and create a safe and nurturing space for everyone to explore their practice. The classes are challenging yet accessible, and I always feel supported in my journey. The studio itself is clean, spacious, and has a great energy. Strala Yoga is a true sanctuary for yoga lovers!
