I had last minute issues with my wedding venue and had to find a new one. Although Glendale was booked, the GM phoned and had a real conversation with me. He offered alternative options for me and this is an incredibly valuable trait. If we had ended up at Glendale I'm sure we would've been treated exceptionally just because of this experience.
