I have been using this prepaid company for a while and I must say, their service is average at best. While their website is easy to navigate, the rates are not very competitive compared to other providers. The customer support team is helpful, but there have been a few instances where I had to wait longer than expected for a response. Overall, I think there is room for improvement.
