Thanks Sun for restoring my faith in customer service. I gladly drove past two other Toyota stores in Pinellas county to meet with a man who knows the product. James Smith within one hour had my 2010 Tacoma valued at a good appraised value, I personally spoke with KK the manager who listened to my diligent service learned of the new tires and brakes. They went beyond my expectations with a excellent discount for a 2016 Tacoma Limited they traded with another dealer. I returned two days later to get the exact truck I wanted with the options I asked for, Mr Kevin Perkins signed us up in my opinion they gave me a great deal on warranty for tires and wheels. I returned the next day bought mud flaps for less than any of the dealers in my area. You want a great deal without wasting hours of negotiation contact James Smith and KK. I would also say it is worth the drive for parts and service this is the fifth Toyota for me.
Sun will see you in a few years for the sixth. Until then if I know anyone in the market I will advise them that Sun Toyota is the place to go.
