Came in to the dealership with a chip on my shoulder expecting to deal with a sleazy salesman, but I was luckily surprised and happy to meet Jovannie Jimenez as he cared about my needs and budget and seemed to be more of an advisor then seller, I was very pleased with his knowledge, patience and courteous attitude, Jovannie has changed my perception of salesmen and Sun Toyota in a very positive way, I will recommend anyone i know in the market to go pay Jovannie at Sun Toyota a visit
