I recently had an average experience with Phoenix spiritz. The customer service was satisfactory, but I felt that the company could improve in certain areas. The website, phoenixspiritz.com, was informative, but the navigation could be more intuitive. The products I purchased were of average quality, but nothing extraordinary. I hope to see improvements from Phoenix spiritz in the future.
