I ve been both a customer and a worker here. I worked during the summer recently.

As a customer the conditions are extremely unsafe. I was going up the Conja with my friend to ride it and some rust fell from the floor and cut another childs arm open. Lifeguards are rude but since i was a lifeguard i completely understand why.

If you are uncertified, you get around five breaks a day! Which was great for a fifteen year old. But they re always short on certified lifeguards because they are treated like garbage. My manager was extremely rude and unprofessional and so were the supervisors. Not only do they treat their workers like trash, they treat customers horribly too. I was on stand for around six hours with no break every day when i got certified. They provide a class that you have to pay for and you don t get proof that you re certified or anything. It could all be a waste of time. They make fifteen year old certified lifeguards miserable. And when you ask to be taken on break after so many hours of being on stand, the supervisors won t help you. They ll just give you attitude and yell at you.

Just go to six flags. It s more fun anyways.
