I had a mixed experience with Conquer Diamonds. While their collection was impressive, the customer service was subpar. Some of the staff members were helpful, but others seemed disinterested. The quality of the diamonds I purchased was great, but it took longer than expected for the order to arrive. Overall, I would rate them as average.
