I had a mixed experience with Notax Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbh. While their expertise in tax matters is outstanding, their customer service left much to be desired. There were delays in responding to my inquiries, and I found it difficult to get clear and concise answers. They need to improve their communication with clients to provide a better overall experience.
