I recently used this company's services for a home remodeling project. Overall, I found the experience to be average. The website was easy to navigate and had some useful information, but I felt it could use more detailed project examples. The customer service was polite but not overly attentive, and the communication could have been clearer at times. The final design was decent, but it didn't quite meet the high expectations I had based on the company's reputation. On the plus side, the team was punctual and completed the work within the estimated timeframe.
