I have been a customer of Insurance plus for several years now and I must say that their service is just average. The website is easy to navigate and they offer a decent range of insurance products. However, I find their customer support to be lacking. Whenever I have a question or an issue, it takes ages for them to respond. Overall, I would rate Insurance plus as average.
