Giving them 1 star is far too generous. HORRIBLE customer service and product support. If your RV has an HWH system on it and developes issues, you're better off trading the RV in on another one. Just make sure the new one DOES NOT have an HWH leveling or slide out system. Am seriously considering completely removing the leveling system off my motorhome and driving to Iowa and throwing it thru their front window. Buying four of the cheapest hydraulic jacks at Harbor Freight would be a better option, with far better responsive customer service and product support.
