I had a mixed experience with Burrtec waste industries, inc. Overall, the service was average. The company did a decent job in waste management and collection. However, there were a few instances where they missed pick-ups without any prior notice. This caused inconvenience and frustration. The customer support was responsive, but it would have been better if they were more proactive in resolving these issues. I would say that Burrtec waste industries, inc. is an okay company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
