I truly appreciate the excellent customer service. You have made my renewal in my insurances, seamless. Although I loved my other agent, renewals were always a struggle. We are a small business, and with California's strict guidelines in providing insurance certificates to vendor, your prompt attention to my requests has made a very satisfied client. With your speedy responses to all my concerns has made it easier for us to take on new customers because we know we can meet their requests for insurances quickly. It truly has taken a ton of stress of us in our small business. Every single employee we have dealt with concerning GL, Workman Comp and Auto has been such a pleasure to work with.
