I had high hopes when I decided to purchase a product from Alkev, but unfortunately, I was left disappointed. While their website is user-friendly, the product I received did not meet my expectations. The customer support team was responsive, but the solution they provided was not satisfactory. I expected more from this company. I hope they take customer feedback into consideration and improve their products and services.
