I recently used the services of a biotech company and I must say that I had an average experience. The quality of service provided was decent, but I feel that there is room for improvement. The website (engenes.cc) was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I was expecting more innovative solutions from Engenes biotech gmbh. Nonetheless, their customer service was friendly and prompt in addressing my queries.
