We booked using Airbnb a few weeks in advance, this was definitely well worth it, we got one of those towers (3 floors). Two single bedrooms on first floor, master bedroom on 2nd floor, and living room on the third floor. We could see the ocean from the 3rd floor. It was a great experience. The community is very quiet at night, at times I felt like we were the loudest either talking on the balcony or watching a late night movie. Yes, there are roosters everywhere, and they are so annoying.
