I recently used Jet Executive Travel Solutions for a business trip and I must say, the experience was average. The service provided was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. The team was professional and the booking process was easy. However, I feel like there was room for improvement in terms of communication. The responsiveness of the team could have been better.
