It was crowded, the weather was moody, it is too much to see for a family with a 6-year old.
I visited it 9 years ago and I loved the Beefeater tour! This time we got a guide which every now and again shouted at us and mockingly called us, the tourists, "stupid". I didn't like that at all! The guide has also cut short the tour with 15 minutes!!! I wanted a full hour tour, as advertised!
The beheading remembrance place is now a modern glass circle with a glass pillow in the centre. It somehow does not fit!
I liked the crown jewelries, the ravens, which got really close to us, the weapons and armours.
We went there for my husband, but the child suffered through the visit. We should have gone to a nice park and let the child play at will!
