JOSH NEWBERRY, is THE BEST!! My 2012 es350, which was not bought from Hendricks, transmission gave out! Mr. Josh made a stressful situation a pleasant, personable, and professional experience! My transmission got replaced within a week, they supplied a loaner vehicle, all with a smile! I'm impressed and back up and running again thanks to Josh and his team at hendrick!!!
