The services provided by ITC Bangkok Co., Ltd. were average. Although they delivered what was promised, I felt the overall experience could have been better. The staff was friendly, but not particularly helpful. The website was easy to navigate, but lacked some important information. I was expecting more from a company with such a great reputation. Hopefully, they can improve their services in the future.
