"Sometimes in life. People have expectations, in most instances it is realistic" I try me level best to obtain the highest customer satisfaction to the clients whom I serve. This can only be done if our Suppliers are open, transparent and willing to be supportive, "A business is not always about high margin and huge profits" . I'm sorry to say that my Experience with this company is mostly on broken promises. You might have the largest product category in the Tork Craft Range, the rest of the brands you advertise is on dismal performance. Everything Else is on back order. Shocking! I guess nobody cares!

RE: Order placed 8th May, delivery period offered 3 weeks, its now 6 weeks my order.

Due to the long overdue delivery as promised as by Festool, it is with regret that I hereby cancel the order.
