1. CEO and HR manager are too scared to take any action against immature developers.
2. Cheap female employees passing cheap comments in front of HR. HR manager presents things in a wrong way to CEO .
3. No leadership at all
4. No honest feedback by senior employees. It is necessary for female to become friend of developer otherwise they will not let her work.
5. HR manager is just saving her job by favouring few people instead of understanding and resolving the issue, she will blame the one who is complaining against the employees
