I had a mixed experience during my stay at Sudima Auckland Airport. The room was clean and comfortable, but the service was lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. Additionally, the food at the restaurant was overpriced and not very tasty. I expected more from a hotel with such a good reputation.
