We have ordered from these people for several years with no problem. Today we discovered that they had shorted our last order and called them. They admitted that they had and said that we've have the missing box next Wednesday. Today is Thursday. They refused to pay for Overnight but offered 2nd Day. We paid the $51.50 ourselves to correct their mistake. We told them we'll go elsewhere in the future.
