Lauretta Fogg was, once again, sensational in helping sell a property for me. Several years back, when we moved out of state, she managed to somehow sell for a great price our 8800 sf house during the housing crash, then a wooded lot, and this time my elderly father's house when I had to move him out of state with me. Each time she was incredibly meticulous and responsive, anticipated potential problems, and provided exceptional advice on every step, from preparing the house for sale, hooking up with excellent repairmen/estate sale people/cleaners/movers, setting the sale price, negotiating the sale, and seeing it through to closing. With my father's house, she did all that while I was in Texas.
She's a delight to work with and just plain gets things done. I can't begin to recommend her highly enough. She's a star.
