In park guest services was aweful. I was not treated well by a guest services manager. The mask policy for children makes no sense at all. I spoke to guest services for 3 hours(over 3 phones calls) all about the trouble I was having. Long wait times on the customer service phones. The computer systems need to be better. The guest services told me something different every time I called. Very inconsistent in the messaging of processes. We will not be returning until after they can get it together better. I was in the phone with sea world(same company as Busch Gardens)today for over 1 and 20 minutes because of glitches in their system and no resolution even though the supervisor told me there was a glitch. I was passed to a non-supervisor and had to start the process all over again after an hour of having it revolved. Basically I bought an all day dining and it was not showing on my account.
