I recently bought a mobile phone from an online store. The product was of good quality and the delivery was on time. The pricing was reasonable as well. However, I faced some difficulties with the customer service. They were not responsive and it took a lot of effort to get my query resolved. Overall, it was an average experience. I would recommend the company to improve their customer support.
