My experience with the State Institute of Education SCERT has been mixed. While some aspects of the courses were well-structured and informative, others lacked depth and relevance. The instructors were knowledgeable but didn't always create an engaging learning environment. The facilities were adequate but could use some improvement. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
