I recently joined One Point Center and it has been an incredible experience so far. The instructors are highly skilled and provide excellent guidance. The training sessions are challenging in a way that pushes you to improve while also ensuring your safety. The community at One Point Center is very supportive, and I have made great progress in my Aikido practice since joining.
