I've been practicing yoga for a while now and recently stumbled upon Power Yoga Plus. It's been a breath of fresh air for my practice. The instructors are skilled and friendly, and the classes are well-paced and challenging. The studio offers a welcoming atmosphere, creating a positive and inclusive environment. The only drawback is the limited parking space, but it's a small inconvenience compared to the overall experience. I highly recommend giving Power Yoga Plus a try!
