I had an average experience with Rock Scientists, Inc. dba Halo & Sebastien Grey Clothiers. The website, rockscientists.com, was easy to navigate and had a good selection of clothing for men. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff was not very helpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me. Overall, I would rate my experience with the company as average.
