Great experience at this store! I was visiting Madison from Chicago and went to Iconi for a specific rug I saw on their website. Although they no longer had the rug in stock, the owner offered to order it for me and have it shipped to Chicago. She also honored the sale price listed on their site and the shipping cost was very reasonable. The rug arrived the following week without issues. I love it! In addition to having a friendly, super helpful owner, the store was full of beautiful, high quality furniture, art and jewelry. I will definitely be back there the next time I'm in Madison.
