As other reviewers have put it, the rooms are indeed quite dated, as is the rest of the building, which doesn't help in getting a 4-star feeling/experience. The reservation department screwed up my reservation, making me pay for the 1st night, even though all nights had been paid for already. Fortunately this was sorted the next morning and I got a refund for that night. Staff was indeed friendly, so kudos to them. One really negative thing I remember was the water coming out of the taps and shower, which was brown some times (maybe the pipes are really old).
