Disrespectful, unprofessional, and untrained staff. Never will I go to any business that uses northern valet. Valet person barely knew any English, questionable on how this company hires staff especially considering they are handling people s cars. Not sure how he would be able to maneuver through Toronto with such deficient English skills. On top of it all, he put a permanent nasty body odour in my car.
