My company uses this service for out clients, and it is absolutely amazing. I felt defeated when I was unable to assist my client whom spoke Cantonese. I called propio for help, hold was about 3-4 mins total. But after that everyone was nice and very helpful. I highly recommend. :) Thank you Propio for your services. This service has been very very beneficial for me and many more organizations across the country who need help and assistance with language barriers between themselves and clients. It was so hassle free to get help from a translator. I just wanted to help my client, and she was getting so frustrated she hung up on me twice because she could not understand what i was saying.
