I had an average experience with Himalayan Travels. The website, planmyvacation.in, was easy to navigate and had all the required information. The booking process was smooth and hassle-free. However, I was not fully satisfied with the overall service provided by the company. The tour guide was knowledgeable but lacked enthusiasm. The accommodation was decent but could have been better. I believe there is room for improvement.
