I recently purchased a product from Cemsar and I must say, the overall experience has been average. The website was user-friendly, but the product quality could have been better. The customer service was prompt in addressing my concerns and resolving the issue. However, I expected more from a reputed company like Cemsar. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and improve in the future.
