I booked a trip with an online travel agency and had a terrible experience. The customer service was unresponsive, and my requests for assistance were completely ignored. The website was difficult to navigate, and I had trouble finding the information I needed. I would not recommend using Paulo Travels if you want a stress-free travel experience.
