I have been using Zoomcar for a few months now and I must say their service is average. The process of booking a car is simple and straightforward. The cars are generally in good condition, although there have been a couple of times when I encountered minor issues. The customer support team is responsive and helpful. However, the pricing could be more competitive compared to other car rental services.
